Contract/Guarantee

Auddies Mini Aussies, LLC guarantees this puppy to be healthy at the time of purchase. The puppy will be up to date on all vaccinations and deworming when it leaves the premises of the Seller and those records will be provided to the Buyer.  All puppies are given a wellness exam by a veterinarian and are healthy to the best of our knowledge when leaving Auddies. If this puppy displays any indication of poor health within the first 24 hours, we must be contacted and the puppy must be brought back here or taken to our veterinarian for any necessary treatment. Puppies that go out of Iowa must go to a licensed veterinarian for treatment and signed documentation must come to us immediately.  We will then pay for the treatment of the puppy up to $100. Failure to do so will cause this guarantee to become null and void.

 

The puppy will be free of major diseases (Parvo, Distemper, Coronavirus, and Rabies) for a period of 24 hours from the date of pickup.  Buyer should have a veterinarian look the puppy over and get heartworm medicine (we recommend no products with Ivermectin) and flea and tick medicine as needed.  At this time, the Buyer should also schedule the 12 week and 16 week vaccinations. The Buyer must follow the regular vaccine, deworming, and heartworm schedule for the first and second year of the puppy's life. Failure to do so causes this contract to become null or void. Auddies Mini Aussies, LLC  is not responsible for any vet bills.

 

All of Auddies Mini Aussies, LLC breeding dogs are tested for genetic diseases.  Auddies Mini Aussies, LLC offers a one-year from the puppy’s date of birth, health guarantee against genetic diseases. This guarantee does not include communicable diseases (Parvo, Distemper, Internal/External Parasites, Heartworms, Kennel cough, Coccidioidomycosis). The genetic disease health guarantee does not cover any parasite, (internal or external), as this is a treatable disease.  Warranty does not cover any diseases for which vaccinations could prevent. All warranties are void in the event the Buyer neglects to have the puppy properly vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian, or in any way harms, neglects, or fails to give the puppy proper medical attention.

 

In the event that a genetic defect from the Aussie or Poodle Panel is found within the one year health guarantee period, Auddies Mini Aussies, LLC will replace the puppy with another puppy of equal value upon receipt of a letter confirming diagnosis by a licensed veterinarian, and the return of the original puppy. Auddies Mini Aussies, LLC cannot predict a time frame when a puppy will be made available, but will replace it with another puppy that is the same sex from the first compatible available litters. This is null or void at the time of Auddies Mini Aussies, LLC closing their breeding program.  No money will be refunded. The Buyer is responsible for the shipping/transportation of the replacement puppy.

This puppy is sold as "pet only”. This means your puppy does not have breeding rights. Puppies are to be spayed or neutered at the appropriate time. 

If at any point in the future the buyer cannot keep this puppy/dog for any reason, Auddies Mini Aussies, LLC agrees to assist in finding this puppy/dog a new home, or take it back at any time if the buyer is unable to keep him/her. However, no money will be refunded for the puppy/dog or the shipping costs. It is the sincere intention of Auddies Mini Aussies, LLC, that none of their dogs are ever taken to an animal shelter or humane society. 

 

Auddies Mini Aussies, LLC cannot guarantee adult size, eye color, conformation, or shedding/not shedding of the puppy/dog. Any estimates given are based solely on the breeder's experience. Buyer hereby releases Auddies Mini Aussies, LLC and agrees to hold them harmless for any liability, injuries or damages to persons or property caused by the puppy/dog. Buyer shall assume full responsibility for the health, temperament, and appearance of the puppy/dog upon leaving the premise of the Seller. All of Auddies Mini Aussies, LLC puppies are sold as pet quality. Some may have show quality but are not sold as such. 

 

No other guarantee is made or implied, except as stated in this written guarantee. Any disputes will be litigated in Louisa County, Iowa at the Buyer's expense.

 

The warranty for this puppy applies to the original buyer only, and is not transferable.
